About Me

I never set out to be a content creator. I just wanted to stop being scared of everyday things. Things like asking for help, making a scene, or talking to someone I didn’t know.

It started with a personal challenge called rejection therapy.

Rejection therapy is a self-help technique that encourages individuals to intentionally seek out rejections in order to desensitize themselves to the experience and overcome their fear of it. It’s not a clinically recognized therapy but rather a game or challenge that can be adapted for personal growth. The core principle is that facing and accepting rejection can build resilience and reduce its negative impact over time.

Every day, I’d do one thing that made me uncomfortable. Ask a stranger to dance. Pretend someone was my boyfriend for a fake birthday video. Try to sell hummus in the middle of a grocery store. Most of the time, I expected a no. But more often than not, people said yes.

Rejection Therapy.

I started filming the challenges and posting them online. And to my surprise, they resonated. I wasn’t the only one tired of letting fear call the shots. Over time, those videos turned into a community of more than 35,000 people across TikTok and Instagram. People who root for each other, embrace discomfort, and laugh at the chaos along the way.

That experience helped me grow personally, but it also taught me what makes people connect online. I’ve brought those lessons into my work with brands like 4AM Skin, a viral Gen Z skincare startup, and See’s Candies, a nostalgic West Coast favorite. Whether I’m crafting a social strategy or editing a video on my phone, I lead with curiosity and a focus on storytelling that actually makes people care.

This is Bo. I met him 5 minutes before this photo was taken. I approached him and asked, “Do you want to take a photoshoot with me right now?” Much to my surprise, he agreed!

At my core, I’m driven by connection and creativity. I care about content that feels real, brands that know how to listen, and ideas that bring people closer together. I’m not afraid to ask bold questions, test new formats, or take creative risks in the name of building something meaningful. If you’re looking for someone who can bring energy, strategy, and a strong sense of self to the table, I’d love to connect.
